Reliability and Superior Performance

The Flojet G70K Atex series pneumatic double diaphragm pumps are designed to deliver excellent performance and long-term durability. These pumps combine a robust design with innovative features. Leak-resistant O-ring seals eliminate the need for gaskets, while non-clogging valves allow solids up to 3.2 mm to pass through.

The Flojet G70K Atex series pumps feature a fiberglass reinforced polypropylene body, Kalrez diaphragms, polypropylene valves, Viton Extreme seals, and Hastelloy springs, making them the ideal pneumatic pumps for many industrial and commercial applications.

Self-Priming and Versatile

The Flojet G70K Atex series pneumatic double diaphragm pumps are self-priming up to 4.5 meters in dry conditions and up to 6.1 meters once the suction pipe is filled, allowing for flexible use in different configurations. They can handle high-viscosity fluids and can be mounted up to 4.5 meters above the liquid level.

Hygienic Design and Safety

The Flojet G70K Atex series pneumatic double diaphragm pumps are equipped with Kalrez diaphragms, polypropylene valves, and Viton Extreme seals, making them capable of handling a wide variety of aggressive fluids such as lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, vegetable oils, alcohols, ketones, aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, diluted acids, alkalis, soaps with solvents, automotive brake fluid, acetones, ethanol, and inks. However, Kalrez diaphragm pumps CANNOT pump halogenated solvents as this may cause premature failure of the pump. Technical Specifications

The Flojet G70K Atex series pumps can handle pressures up to 6.9 bar and liquid temperatures ranging from 4.4°C to 48.9°C. They’re designed for quiet operation, with a maximum noise level of 87 dB.

Important Note

The Flojet G70K Atex series pumps are the only pneumatic diaphragm pumps in the G series to be ATEX II 2G c IIB TX certified (94/9/EC).

Unless specified otherwise, do not use any other Flojet pump with volatile low flash point solvents or fuels, flammable liquids, or in an explosive atmosphere.
