The Xaar Nitrox Pro GS6 printhead has been specifically designed For print applications with more demanding fluid requirements such as those for printing glass. Compatible with oil-based and solvent-based inks, glass frits and soluble salts.

With a printing frequency of up to 48 kHz* and speeds of up to 100 m/min, the Xaar Nitrox Pro GS6 printhead guarantees maximum speed while maintaining perfect uniformity.

TF and AcuChp technology allow for immediate printhead alignment and instant startup, allowing the printhead to be installed and operated in minutes. This means that printhead replacement is quick and uptime is maximized.

Innovative High Laydown technology enables high-density coating for tactile and decorative effects, as well as ink and adhesive effects on ceramic tiles.

Thanks to its ability to handle a wide range of fluids up to 100 cP, you can print virtually anything, including high molecular weight materials for 3D printing and advanced manufacturing.
