Easy to operate, lightweight, ‘Meler’ application guns are highly robust and reliable mechanical components that guarantee a high level of precision and uniformity in the application of adhesive. Its complete 360o angle of rotation, allows in many applications a wide range of movement and flexibility.

Handguns can be used with all ‘Meler’ melting units, through manual hoses from 2,4 to 14 meters, plus a wide range of nozzles diameter between 0,35 and 2,25 mm.

Completely uniform heat distribution is ensured .The handle and all control mechanisms are insulated from the heated components. This thermal protection ensures risk-free application.

The progressive trigger guarantees a controlled application of adhesive and its ergonomic design aids working comfort during prolonged periods.

The characteristics of the spiral vary according to the pneumatic pressure of the melting unit and the type of nozzle used. An air separate outlet is used for regulating the shape of the spiral.
