The GSP-E Dissolver and Atomized Recovery Unit with vertical agitator and external pump is designed for the rapid dissolution of industrial powder waste in water. In addition to applications in the ceramic sector, it is widely used in the steel, food, wine, and chemical industries, as well as any field requiring efficient dissolution of solid materials in liquids.

Technology and Operation

By combining a wing-profile helical agitator with a horizontal centrifugal pump, the system ensures dynamic agitation and continuous recirculation, eliminating lumps and enhancing product homogenization. This allows for the efficient dissolution of even large quantities of solid materials.

Automation and Control

The entire process is fully automated through a PLC and an electronic weighing system, which precisely control powder and liquid dosing, optimizing work and cleaning cycles.

Materials and Construction

• Tank, crossbeam, and load cells: made of AISI 304 stainless steel (other materials available upon request).
• Structural components: built in AISI 304 stainless steel for durability.
• Agitator: model AL-S (other models available upon request).
• Pump body: made of cast iron, with interchangeable internal linings.
• Impellers: crafted from special alloys or rubber-coated for wear resistance.

Performance and Operating Temperatures

• Silicone lining: from -10°C to +110°C
• Nitrile lining: from -10°C to +90°C
• Natural rubber lining: from -10°C to +60°C
• Suspended solids passage: varies depending on pump size
