Perfect Dry

Perfect Dry, a roller machine for the application of graniglia, frits, powders with no grams of product to coverings with high quantity of it.

The system is composed of a tank/elevator for product loading, a tank/roller for the distribution on a tile and a conveyor belt fot excess product recovery. The application area is completely closed in order to reduce the product leak to its lowest and it is provided with infrared lamps and intake plugs in order to eliminate humidity from powders. The machine is controlled by an electronic panel with a touch-screen that allows to adjust all working parameters and save them into formulas. Cyclone for excess graniglia aspiration from tiles surfaces. It is provided with a system for convoying aspirated graniglia to the main hopper of the machine. The powders aspiration cyclone, together with Perfect Dry machine, allows to make product “veining” and other e ects on tiles.
