Appel Tile Control – P

Tile-Control-P is an extremely straightforward measuring tool, in terms of its composition and use.
It consists of 5 optical sensors (AP061) made entirely by Appel s.r.l., or, alternatively, of laser sensors for reading in rather difficult conditions (dark or structured material), a small electrical cabinet that can be installed away from the equipment and of a handy and user-friendly touch screen display with large and bright screen (7”, 65k colour,TFT).
The operator panel in particular offers maximum data sharing thanks to the Ethernet and USB ports already installed (supervision, tele-assistance, data download via USB).
Size change-over is also totally automatic, or it can be done manually using a simple handwheel in a matter of seconds.
Considering the market trends of producing larger and larger tiles, TILE CONTROL-P positioned on the outlet of the kiln provides all the information in real time, and not sampled, required to promptly correct the working parameters.
Using TILE CONTROL-P you can also measure the thickness of the tiles with tenth of a millimetre accuracy.
The WiFi network connection makes it incredibly simple to connect the equipment; in fact, you do not need any network cables near the instrument at all.
